Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves actively promoting the company's housing finance products, building relationships with potential customers, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will implement sales strategies, manage client accounts, oversee sales performance, and also assist with training new team members. Collaboration with colleagues and contributing to the company's goals in a dynamic environment is essential.

  • Ability to work on-site and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in the housing finance or financial services sector is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
