Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Lead and Technical Architect located in Noida. The Salesforce Lead and Technical Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, including Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Development. The role also involves Salesforce Administration tasks, ensuring seamless integration and customization to meet unique business needs. Daily tasks include leading technical discussions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving customer success through innovative Salesforce solutions.

The Role and Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring ease of use and long-term value
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from discovery to deployment, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage
• Partner with stakeholders and clients to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Oversee custom development, integrations, and data migrations with a focus on quality and performance
• Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and admins
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and IT to create integrated, future-ready solutions
• Continuously optimize systems through automation, integrations, and performance improvements.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect / Lead
• 6-8 years of declarative or programmatic development experience in Salesforce CRM
• Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, APIs, and integration patterns
• Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance- driven solutions
• Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
• Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)
• Track record of leading end-to-end project delivery with measurable client impact
• Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) preferred
• Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
