Responsibilities
Job Description:

• Technical Leadership & Delivery Ownership

 Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).

 Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and high-performing technical designs.

 Oversee and contribute to development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.

 Drive implementation of DevOps, CI/CD, and agile delivery best practices.

 Conduct code reviews, performance assessments, and ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards.

 Own the end-to-end technical quality of all deliverables within assigned projects.

• Solution Design & Architecture Support

 Work closely with Solution Architects to design technical architectures, data models, and integration patterns.

 Create detailed technical design documents (TDDs), data flow diagrams, and system integration plans.

 Recommend optimal platform features and Salesforce-native capabilities to meet business needs efficiently.

 Contribute to architecture governance, ensuring compliance with security, data, and performance standards.

 Drive continuous improvement in design, coding, and delivery processes.

• Hands-On Development & Problem Solving

 Develop complex Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, Aura Components, and automation processes (Flows, Process Builders).

 Build and manage API integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.).

 Handle data migrations, bulk processing, and optimization for large data volumes (LDV).

 Troubleshoot critical production issues, identify root causes, and drive long-term technical resolutions.

 Collaborate with QA teams for test planning, coverage, and defect resolution.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship

 Lead a team of Salesforce developers and configuration specialists, providing technical direction, guidance, and mentoring.

 Assign and review tasks, ensuring delivery quality and timelines.

 Coach team members on Salesforce design patterns, coding standards, and performance optimization.

 Conduct technical training sessions and promote skill development within the team.

 Foster a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous learning.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

 Partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Functional Consultants, and Architects to refine requirements and validate technical feasibility.

 Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 Provide estimates, risk assessments, and technical input during project planning and sprint reviews.

 Participate in client workshops, demos, and architecture walkthroughs.

 Ensure technical alignment across all development streams in large programs.

• Innovation & Continuous Improvement

 Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, platform innovations, and ecosystem trends.

 Explore opportunities to integrate AI, automation, and Agentic workflows (Einstein GPT, Flow Orchestration, etc.) into solutions.

 Identify areas for refactoring, reusability, and performance optimization.

 Contribute to the organization's Salesforce accelerators, best practice repositories, and POCs.
