Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Salesforce Developer located in Noida. The Salesforce lead is a key member of our Delivery organization in India. In addition to being responsible for developing high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform, the lead will conduct needs assessments, technical roadmap and drive culture of innovation.

Qualifications

  • Extensively worked on debugging and analysis
  • Experience in designing and developing Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components
  • Strong Salesforce platform knowledge with brilliant coding skills
  • Must have team leading experience for minimum 2-3 projects
  • Ownership of Technical Design documentation and Estimation
  • Planning and monitoring the tasks with subordinates
  • Must have the ability to independently drive requirements discussions with business stakeholders
  • Must have the ability to understand business problems and propose high level Salesforce solutions
  • Requirement understanding, analysis, designing, configuration, code review, support activities
  • Proven track record of driving the project by coordinating with the technical architect
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field
  • certification(s) (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II)
