Role & responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers on coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein Bots/Chatbots.
  • Design and implement complex business logic using Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, queueables, schedulables, and LWC components.
  • Review and optimize existing implementations for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
  • Lead and participate in code reviews, unit testing, and UAT support to ensure high code quality.
  • Drive integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and Middleware tools.
  • Define and implement release management, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices (Git, Copado, or Gearset).

  • Maintain and enforce data security, governance, and compliance standards in Salesforce environments.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • 710 years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical lead capacity.

  • Advanced knowledge of Apex (triggers, classes, batch jobs, queueables) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Chatbots (Einstein/Omni-Channel).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Platform Events.
  • Expertise in Custom Metadata, Custom Settings, Flows, and Process Builder.
  • Hands-on experience with Version Control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins).
  • Ability to guide developers through design reviews, technical troubleshooting, and code optimization.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
