Salesforce Technical Lead (Admin & Implementation Focus)

Location: Noida, Sector 63 (Hybrid)

Shift: US Shift (5:00 PM-2:00 AM / 6:00 PM-3:00 AM IST)

Interview Mode: In-Person (Mandatory)

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with a strong Salesforce Admin and project implementation background to lead enterprise-level Salesforce programs for global stakeholders.

This role is not for Salesforce support professionals or pure developers. The focus is on owning implementations, leading delivery, guiding teams, and ensuring high-quality Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects across Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, NPSP / Fonteva Cloud
  • Own sprint planning, execution, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and delivery governance in an Agile/Scrum environment

  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions including:

  • Custom objects, fields, page layouts, dynamic forms

  • Reports, dashboards, and custom labels

  • Build and manage Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules

  • Handle data migration and integrations using tools like Data Loader
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, offshore/onshore teams, and leadership
  • Identify delivery risks, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution
  • Ensure sprint deliverables meet quality, performance, and business expectations
  • Mentor teams and drive higher Scrum and delivery maturity

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 510 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a strong implementation and delivery focus
  • Solid expertise on the Salesforce Admin side (configuration, automation, reporting, data management)
  • Experience leading Salesforce projects for global clients
  • Strong Agile delivery experience with onsiteoffshore coordination
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification Mandatory
  • Prior experience as a Senior Salesforce Administrator / Salesforce Lead preferred

  • Salesforce support-only backgrounds will not be considered
  • Pure developer profiles without Admin/implementation ownership will not fit
  • Minimum 5 years experience is mandatory
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 30 days only
  • Long notice periods or 2-3 months negotiation will not work
  • In-person interview in Noida is mandatory
