The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, data-centric Performance Marketing & Growth
Analyst to join our lean and agile Growth team in Bengaluru. This is a critical role for an
ambitious individual with 14 years of experience who is passionate about identifying,
executing, and scaling user acquisition opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of paid marketing
campaigns while simultaneously driving rapid experimentation to uncover new growth
vectors.
Your primary focus will be to drive relevant user acquisition (App & Web) for the US Market,
specifically within the Math, Language, and Music categories.
The ideal candidate blends the technical expertise of a performance marketer with the
experimental mindset of a growth analyst.
Work Environment & Schedule
Location: This is a full-time, work-from-office position based at our HSR Layout,
Bengaluru headquarters.
Schedule: The role requires a 6-day work week.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Execution & Management
Omnichannel Campaigns: Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end paid
campaigns on Google Ads (Search, YouTube, UAC), Meta Ads (Facebook &
Instagram), and other Ad platforms for the USA market
Lead Generation: Design strategies to drive high-intent leads and quality app
installs, optimizing towards target Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition
(CPA).
Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage budgets across channels to maximize ROI and achieve aggressive monthly growth targets.
2. Growth Exploration & Pilot Programs
Identify New Opportunities: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to
validate novel acquisition channels outside of existing frameworks (e.g., untapped
social platforms, partnerships, or viral loops).
Pilot Initiatives: Design and execute pilot programs for new channels, setting clear
success metrics (OKRs) to determine if they should be scaled or sunsetted.
3. Funnel Optimization & CRO
Audit & Efficiency: Deeply analyze conversion funnels for core channels to identify
friction areas and drop-off points.
CRO Strategy: Manage a continuous Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
roadmap for landing pages and in-app user journeys to improve LTV/CAC ratios.
4. Experimentation & Iteration
A/B Testing: Build and prioritize a robust experimentation backlog across ad
creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing page flows.
Meticulous Documentation: Utilize testing tools to execute bias-free experiments
and maintain detailed records of hypotheses and learned insights.
5. Data, Analytics & Reporting
Infrastructure Ownership: Ensure accurate tracking across all initiatives using
GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Apps Flyer
Insight Generation: Establish growth dashboards and provide weekly reports on
KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS, surfacing non-obvious opportunities for scaling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
1 . 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth
roles, ideally within a fast-paced startup focussed on USA market.
2. Platform Expertise: Proven experience (or strong theoretical foundation) in Google
Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
3. Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to interpret complex data. Proficient in Excel/Google
Sheets and foundational knowledge of web analytics (GA4).
4. Tracking Knowledge: Familiarity with pixels, GTM, and Mobile Measurement
Partners (MMP).
5. Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a highly
analytical field.
6. Mindset: Highly curious, a relentless desire to test and learn, and a strong sense of
ownership over the US market growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the driving demand for marketplace platforms.
- Familiarity with ASO (App Store Optimization).
- Familiarity with UAC and Reddit/Linkedin Ads is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS, or Python for data analysis.
