Job Type: Full-time | Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Role Overview:

St. Joseph's Junior College is seeking a skilled Computer Operator to manage data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, data management, and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain digital records accurately.
  • Handle documentation, correspondence, and file management.
  • Assist in report generation and data analysis using MS Excel.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Support faculty and staff with technical and clerical tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Any graduate with proficiency in computers.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
  • Experience: 1-3 years preferred (Freshers with strong technical skills may apply).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
