**Job Description: Dental Assistant/Receptionist**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Interaction**: Greet patients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- **Administrative Support**: Maintain patient records accurately, handle billing and insurance claims processing, and manage the dental office's calendar.
- **Assisting Dentists**: Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety by handing them instruments, suctioning, and sterilizing equipment.
- **Office Management**: Keep the dental office clean and organized, manage inventory, and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a dental assistant or receptionist preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
