Job Description: Telecaller cum Receptionist

Job Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Call patients from the provided database to share clinic services and generate leads.
- Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and scheduling.
- Greet and assist patients visiting the clinic with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Address inquiries and provide relevant information about clinic services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, and patient data.
- Oversee front-desk operations, ensuring the reception area is organized and welcoming.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to deliver a seamless patient experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass (Intermediate) or any graduate.
- Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred).
- Basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining records.
- Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle both telecalling and reception responsibilities efficiently.
