Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes for guests.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance on hotel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and maintain a clean reception area.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-5 years of experience in hospitality industry with focus on front office management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Strong business English proficiency required.
