Hence, we seek passionate individualsready to innovate, flapping their wings outside of the traditional 9-to-5 scheduleKey Responsibilities- Supervise and manage front office operations including check-in, check-out, and reservations. - Ensure a seamless guest experience through proactive service and efficient issue resolution. - Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to achieve performance and service standards. - Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance departments for smooth operations. - Maintain accuracy in billing, night audit reports, and daily operational documentation. - Monitor occupancy, room revenue, and key hotel performance indicators (ARR, ADR, RevPAR). - Enforce SOPs, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and conduct routine audits. - Act as the primary in-charge during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and professional operations.
