Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing financial reports, and developing strategies for business growth. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders and coordination across various departments to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Experience in Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning
- Customer Relationship Management skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and Financial Software
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred
