About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Sales Trainee/Intern
to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about building a career in sales. This role will provide hands-on experience in lead generation, client interaction, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new leads.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, CRM, and documentation.
  • Participate in client meetings, calls, and follow-up communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
  • Learn and understand company products/services to effectively present them to clients.
  • Work towards weekly/monthly targets under the guidance of senior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Freshers or final-year students pursuing graduation/post-graduation are encouraged to apply.
