The Role -We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Management Trainee to join our edutech growth team. This role is a vital part of our expansion, focusing on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving the adoption of our ERP and custom software solutions across the assigned territories of all over Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, and local events. Conduct daily on-site visits to schools and colleges to generate and qualify leads. Arrange and conduct compelling software demonstrations of our ERP platform.Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. Act as a trusted advisor, effectively addressing client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Strategy & Reporting: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and explore new opportunities within the region. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations. Provide regular and accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance. Maintain meticulous records in the CRM to track sales pipelines and performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction. Attend industry events and conferences to expand our network and market

    presence.

Required Qualifications & Skills-

BBA, MBA , BM .1-2 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a B2B or B2G context.

Ability to travel extensively within Maharashtra Region.

Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is required.

Additional Requirements -

Must own a personal bike, laptop, and smartphone for daily field activities.
