Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Trainee, based in Pune. The HR Trainee will assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, employee benefits, and management strategies. The day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting recruitment, overseeing personnel management activities, and contributing to the improvement of HR practices within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to various HR tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
