Job overview:
Key responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding process by preparing employee documentation, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating employee records in HR software.
  • Assist with organizing employee training and development sessions.
  • Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Assist with processing payroll data with accuracy.
  • Preparing the HR communication - Fyler for Birthday / Work Anniversary / Festivities.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics and assist in HR analytics.
  • Support with addressing employee inquiries and assist in resolving basic HR-related issues.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and preparing documentation.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
