leading premium furniture manufacturing company known for innovation, craftsmanship, and quality. We are looking for a dedicated, punctual, and professional candidate who can efficiently handle factory operations and administrative responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage administrative tasks such as attendance, documentation, and material records.
- Coordinate between management and production teams for efficient communication.
- Maintain inventory records, production logs, and dispatch schedules.
- Supervise workers and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Handle vendor communication, purchase coordination, and routine office tasks.
- Prepare daily reports and MIS using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Assist management in planning and implementing operational improvements.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Excellent command over Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Punctual, disciplined, and highly professional attitude
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and manage team activities effectively
Knowledge of manufacturing operations will be an added advantage
