**Job Title**: Office Clerk - Accounting Department

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize financial documents, invoices, and records.
- Assist in data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
- Process and verify financial transactions and reports.
- Prepare reports, statements, and summaries for management.
- Assist in filing tax documents and maintaining compliance records.
- Support accountants with administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)** and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹26,749.62 per month
