About the Revenue Optimisation Analyst role...

We are seeking an experienced hotel revenue management analyst to drive revenue outcomes for our hotel customers. This role combines deep hospitality revenue management expertise with strategic account management to help hotels maximise their revenue potential through data-driven strategies and technology adoption. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, influencing customer decisions and driving measurable improvements in hotel performance metrics.

What you will do...

Revenue & Strategic Advisory

  • Partner with hotel customers to develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies across all distribution channels. Conduct in-depth revenue performance analyses, identifying opportunities for rate , inventory management, and channel mix improvements

  • Guide customers through seasonal pricing strategies, competitive positioning, and demand forecasting methodologies. Drive adoption of advanced revenue management features and best practices within our platform

Ongoing Customer Engagement

  • Conduct regular analysis of customer accounts and feed data to our customer lifecycle team or communicate directly with customers presenting performance insights, benchmarking data, and actionable recommendations.

  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer revenue challenges and growth objectives

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor customer KPIs including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates, and channel performance. Create customized reports and dashboards that demonstrate ROI and value realization. Translate complex data into compelling narratives that drive customer action

Best practice / Product development

  • As this is a brand new program, use your expertise in revenue management to define how best to optimise targeted hotels 1:1 and deliver maximum customer value

What you have...

  • Hands-on experience on revenue management in the hotel industry. Proven track record of improving hotel revenue performance metrics (RevPAR growth, market share gains)

  • Deep understanding of hotel distribution landscape including OTAs, GDS, direct booking strategies, and channel management. Experience with major hotel PMS systems and revenue management tools

  • Expertise in market segmentation and developing revenue strategies based on different hotel categories

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms)

  • Strong understanding of revenue management concepts including demand forecasting, price elasticity, and competitive set analysis. Ability to build and interpret complex financial models and MRR/ARR calculations

  • Exceptional ability to influence without authority, driving customer behavior change through consultative selling. Outstanding presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences

  • Willingness to work in alternative time zones as business needs require.

  • Good to have any European language proficiency.
