Technical Sales Manager

• Creating and implementing the go-to-market plan.
•Handling of Sales & Technical promotion of Power Supplies, EMI Filters , Fibre Optical products , Magnetics, LCDs, Sensors , PCBs , Connectors and cables , EV chargers , Passives and Semiconductors, power management components, Display modules & other electronic components
•Quantifying the market size and developing revenue projections.
• Provide pre and post-sales and technical support to new and existing customers
• Creating marketing collateral.
•Doing competitive analysis.
•Helping with general day-to-day high-growth business challenges.
•Assisting with company s strategic planning process.
•Attain company's sales growth goals by obtaining orders from primarily new customers.
•Management of product line/lines to maximize sales and profitability and establish strong, effective long term working relationships with OEM customers.
• Continuously identifying, develop and explore new business opportunities with all customers to achieve continuous growth
• Provide order and sales forecast information required for business planning etc.
•Monitor industry, market, customer, competitor trends and development trends.
• Visit existing customer, prospects customers etc, to demonstrate the company's products and capabilities.
•Other related duties as assigned. Requirements:
• Should have a technical graduate degree, and 5+ years engineering, product marketing, product management, or technical sales experience, preferably in a Electronics Components Distribution Industry . An MBA is desirable
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/product management or technical products.
• Flexible to 50% domestic and international travel.
• Must be independent and able to work under minimum Supervision
• Demonstrate the ability and confidence to increase sales and Revenue
• A thorough knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
• Must possess own Two Wheeler /Car and valid driving licence. Experience with the following is highly desired:
•Must have track record of achieving a Monthly /Quarterly/ Yearly Sales Targets
• Solid problem solving skills, decision making and use of initiative
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Goal oriented, self-motivated
•Able to work independently, but also in a team environment We offer:
