We are a Event agency specializing in delivering high quality presentations for leadership teams and corporate clients. We are seeking a Client Servicing Manager to act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution for event presentations.

Role Overview

The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, and coordinating with creative teams to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of event specific presentation needs and thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management

  2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and understanding of their objectives.

  3. Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
  4. Gather detailed client briefs for event specific presentations and ensure alignment on deliverables.

  5. Project Coordination

  6. Collaborate with creative teams (designers, motion graphic artists) to ensure presentations meet client needs.

  7. Translate client briefs into actionable plans for internal teams, ensuring clarity on expectations and timelines.
  8. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.

  9. Event Specific Presentation Management

  10. Oversee the creation of event ready presentations, ensuring they align with the event's objectives, theme, and brand guidelines.

  11. Ensure presentations are designed for large screens, projectors, or other event specific formats.
  12. Provide realtime support during event rehearsals or live events, making adjustments as needed.

  13. Client Feedback & Quality Assurance

  14. Gather and communicate client feedback to creative teams, ensuring revisions are implemented seamlessly.

  15. Conduct quality checks on presentations and other deliverables to ensure consistency and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Experience

  2. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination within a creative or event focused agency.

  3. Proven experience managing event specific presentation projects is a must.

  4. Technical Expertise

  5. Familiarity with PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides for presentation design.

  6. Basic understanding of creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

  7. Soft Skills

  8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to manage high profile clients.

  9. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  10. Proactive problem solver with a client first mindset.

  11. Work Ethic

  12. Comfortable working under tight deadlines and handling last minute client requests.

  13. Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and event schedules.
