We are looking for a confident and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Sales
to join our dynamic team. This role is central to driving new business, nurturing high-value client relationships, and converting leads into successful projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in luxury sales or client servicing, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Management:
- Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Convert qualified leads into sales by understanding client needs and showcasing company offerings.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person), presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Maintain lead pipeline and track interactions using CRM software or Excel tools.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients through the sales journey.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Provide personalized consultation to clients regarding services, packages, and offerings.

Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and feedback.
- Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to the management team.
- Assist in developing pricing strategies and market positioning based on client trends.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 1–5 years of proven experience in sales, client servicing, or CRM (preferably in luxury weddings, hospitality, or lifestyle services).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Highly organized, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms.
- Professional grooming and a client-facing personality.
