Head of Operations

We are seeking a Head of Operations — a senior leader who can take ownership of sourcing, manufacturing coordination, supply chain, and logistics. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations from suppliers to final delivery. You'll work closely with the leadership team to optimize processes, manage costs, ensure quality, and scale our operational efficiency as we grow in the US market.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end operations — sourcing, production coordination, warehousing, and logistics.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and shipping partners globally.
- Optimize import operations for the US market, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure product quality, compliance, and documentation across international shipments.
- Build efficient processes and SOPs to handle increasing order volumes.
- Collaborate with the COO and leadership on strategy, budgeting, and performance metrics.
- Lead a growing operations team; implement systems for better visibility and reporting.
- Drive sustainability and cost efficiency across the supply chain.
- 8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, imports, or logistics, preferably in consumer goods, packaging, or disposables.
- Proven track record of handling international sourcing (China, India, SEA) and import operations for the US market.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management systems, vendor negotiations, and quality control.
- Leadership mindset — comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing complexity.
