The Team
The Enterprise Solutions Technology division includes workflow solutions across Lending, Reg & Compliance, Global Markets and Software business. Enterprise Solutions provides industry-leading set of integrated tools, solutions and data services that help our clients make efficient investment decisions, operate with greater efficiency, and provide transparency across their business and to their key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete SDLC: architecture, design, development, and support of the product
• Active participation in all scrum ceremonies, following AGILE best practices effectively.
• Play a key role in the development team to build high-quality, high-performance, scalable code
• Produce technical design documents and conduct technical walkthroughs
• Work collaboratively with business partners to understand and clarify requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Respond to and resolve internal and client raised issues.
• Build, develop, and guide high-performing talent to guide their growth path
• Create and maintain a professional culture within the team, where individuals take ownership and focus on delivering excellence, quality and value for the customer and business.

Customer Focus

• Build positive and productive working relationships with customers by delivering client priorities with high quality to enable business growth.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Analyze customer requests, set delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
• Attend Project calls (Internal and with Client) as required.

Core Skills

• Enterprise Data Architecture Strategy: Ability to define and drive a global Data Architecture vision, embedding agentic AI and semantic models into platforms.
• Semantic Data Mesh & Ontologies: Deep expertise in semantic data mesh, ontologies (FIBO, ISDA CDM, ISO20022), and multi-agent frameworks.
• Knowledge Graphs & Semantic Stack: Proficiency in RDF, OWL, SPARQL, SHACL, and experience with knowledge graph databases (Neptune, Stardog, GraphDB).
• Financial Data & Standards: Familiarity with capital markets datasets and financial standards.
• Explainability & XAI: Knowledge of explainable AI (SHAP, LIME, counterfactuals) and ontology-driven traceability.
• Good knowledge of various data modelling tools with hands on experience on Erwin data modeler.
• Good knowledge of system architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
• Modern Platform Architecture: Experience designing and evolving cloud-native, modular, and federated architectures for scale, resilience, and agility.
• Integration & Interoperability: Strong abstraction and modelling skills, integrating semantic models into data mesh and ensuring interoperability across domains.
• Streaming & Event-Driven Execution: Knowledge of real-time, event-driven architectures (Kafka, Redis Streams, event sourcing).
• DevOps & Cloud Engineering: Knowledge of DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS ECS, Azure, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Security & Compliance: Understanding of secure, compliant architectures and access control for ML services.
• AI/ML & NLP: Knowledge of ML/NLP (transformers, embeddings, supervised/unsupervised learning).

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
• 18 years' experience in software development, computer engineering, or other related fields.
• Ability to work well in a team environment following Agile software development principles.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task.
• High energy and a self-starter.
• Preference will be given to candidates that have experience working with Microservices or distributed systems
• Expert on data management technologies (RMDBS, NoSQL)
• Good background on leveraging cloud technologies
• Can handle both front-end and back-end development
• Ability to deliver products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Management Requirements

• Strong inter-personal skills required with ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Strong People Leader.
• People Management skill is a must.
