Position: AE - Sales Account Executive

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: 5 days

Experience Required: 2+ years

Client: AI Platform for Enterprises

The right candidate will:

  • Deliver quality and tailored demonstration of client's capabilities to prospects based on the prospects' needs and priorities and be responsible for closing deals
  • Strive to continuously improve the sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
  • Supplement the pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches.

Top characteristics and traits for a successful AE:

  • 2-5 years experience as a successful quota-carrying account executive.
  • MUST HAVE experience in selling to US customers (required to work in US business hours)
  • Experience selling to sales or revenue teams is a big plus
  • Strong discovery, storytelling, and consultative selling skills
  • Comfortable owning deals end-to-end in a fast-moving environment
  • Curiosity, hustle, and the ability to thrive with autonomy

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding quota specifically in the US market
  • Strong communication skills via phone, LinkedIn and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesforce or other sales tools
  • Prior experience as an account executive with a track record of achieving sales quota
