Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in learning and development, focusing on job analysis and evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in using technology to support learning and development initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
