Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and growing business in assigned corporate hospitals by building strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving brand penetration, and ensuring achievement of sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, purchase departments, and hospital administration in corporate hospitals
  • Identify business opportunities and ensure product availability and visibility in assigned accounts
  • Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Execute marketing and brand-building activities within hospital setups
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth order execution and query resolution
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to the management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Commerce; MBA preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in corporate/ institutional business
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
