Position Overview
As an
Enterprise Sales Executive at VoxyHealth
, you will play a key role in driving growth by building strong relationships with healthcare organizations, understanding their operational challenges, and demonstrating how VoxyHealth can transform their patient communication and workflow management.
You'll manage the
entire sales cycle
which involves you helping clinics, hospitals, payors, and healthcare networks adopt cutting-edge AI automation to enhance patient engagement and improve staff efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Prospect key contacts from target accounts.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase how VoxyHealth's solutions address client pain points such as missed calls, patient intake inefficiencies, and staff burnout.
- Develop tailored proposals and pricing strategies aligned with client needs and goals.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting within CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, EMR/EHR integrations, and healthcare operations to position VoxyHealth as a thought leader and trusted partner.
- Represent VoxyHealth at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build relationships and generate leads.
What We're Looking For
- Mandatory: Proven experience with
3+
years experience selling to the US market (healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to draft proposals, presentations and other enablement collateral
- Ability to explain and articulate complex solutions in simple terms
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a data-driven approach to outreach.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
Preferred:
- Experience connecting to healthcare executives, practice managers, or clinical operations leaders.
- Familiarity with CRMs and modern sales engagement tools.
- Passion for digital transformation in healthcare and improving patient experience through technology.
