About the role

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a wide range of business transformation projects and initiatives which make tangible and evident improvements to the internal and external client experience, throughoutthe organisation. They work closelywith functions and cross functional stakeholders to define and propose solutions for improving process and systems across value chains within the business globally, improving the end-to-end operational efficiency and overall

client experience.

As a Sr Business Analyst you will:

• Work on complex and or value chain processes e.g., purchase to pay, how to create a product, place a purchase order (PO) on the vendor, receipt products to paying suppliers.
• Support functional leads in drafting PRB submissions where a change is deemed meeting the PRB criteria.
• Ensure the process repository is being maintained with new processes and new revisions, and also that the Meta Data structure is kept relevant in line with JIRA and business structure changes.
• Work with ISO to ensure review cycles of process documentation are being adhered to through issuing of reporting to process owners and ensuring the annual reviews are taking place (consider global vs regional documents).
• Support Business Architects where required to define larger organisational changes, ensuring key business driving detail is known/called out in the change implementation, specifically where regional specifics are in place or there are LRCA items.

What we're looking for

• Support the communication efforts of the department to the wider business to celebrate the successes of the team.
• Where required from management, provide business consultation on issues and potential solutions with functional teams, including the right approach to ensuring solutions are prioritized into the wider portfolio of work.
• Manage business analysis activities for one or multiple process/system improvement assignments simultaneously.
• Represent the GlobalBusiness Transformation organisation in cross functional process/system design and development efforts to ensure optimal end to end solutions.
• Lead teams through moderate to complex business process analysis, requirements definition,

and problem solving, leveraging a range of business analysis techniques
