1) We're hiring for an International Voice Process team.

Job Role:

  • Handling international customer calls and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintaining professionalism and strong communication throughout the interaction.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a Graduate (Any Stream).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process is must.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Salary Package:

  • Up to 4.5 LPA.
  • Experienced candidates are eligible for up to 30% hike based on their current CTC.

2 )In: Night Rotational Shift - 2 way cab .(only international exp).

  • Mode: Work from Office.
  • Shift: Night Rotational Shift - 2 way cab
  • Location - Uppal (Cab Radius 22 KMS) do check the radius no self transport option beyond 23km radius .

Salary:

  • Fresher - 17 k + 2k attendance bonus.
  • 6 months months - 20k fixed + 2k Attendance bonus.
  • Above 18 months - 25 K + 2k attendance Bonus.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Minimum Education: Under grads /Any Graduates.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
  • Fluent English communication (Voice/Chat) is essential.
  • Basic Technical Knowledge is needed.
