Customer Retention Support Intern

Role Overview: You will be working as a Customer Retention Support at NowFloats in Hyderabad. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and analyzing customer feedback to enhance service delivery. Your focus will be on addressing customer inquiries, resolving retention issues, and engaging in proactive communication to improve customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers. - Monitor upcoming renewals, forecast risks/opportunities, and proactively address any issues. - Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams for accurate and timely renewal quotes, contract preparation, and billing alignment. - Negotiate renewal terms within predefined guidelines to maintain a high renewal rate. - Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention. - Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, or adoption sessions to understand customer goals and align product value. - Provide feedback internally to Product, Support, and Marketing teams as the voice of the customer. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Prior experience in customer retention or support role. - Ability to analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements. - Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques. - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
