Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused In-House Sales Executive to manage showroom sales operations at our Kalamassery and Kakkanad locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, driving sales conversions, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance
  • Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and customer details
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth daily showroom operations
  • Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
  • Ensure proper product display and showroom presentation standards

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (retail/showroom experience preferred)
  • Graduate in any discipline (minimum qualification mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
