Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Maid In Kochi. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to leads and converting them into customers for our exceptional maid services. We are looking for candidates with a graduate degree and excellent sales and communication skills. Both freshers and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

● Contacting potential leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote our maid services.

● Understanding the needs and requirements of prospective customers and offering suitable solutions.

● Providing detailed information about our services, pricing, and packages to interested leads.

● Persuading and convincing potential customers to choose our maid services over competitors.

● Following up with leads to ensure timely conversion into customers.

● Achieving sales targets and goals set by the company.

● Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage

repeat business and referrals. Requirements:

● A graduate degree in any field.

● Proven experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not

mandatory.

● Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a persuasive attitude.

● Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

● Fluency in English ,Malayalam and Hindi languages preferred.

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

● Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
