
Front Office Manager

Guest Services & Experience:
Greet, welcome, and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front office staff (receptionists, concierge, bell staff)
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support
Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and professionalism among team members
Operational Oversight:
Oversee front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and billing
- Ensure all procedures are followed according to company policies and hotel standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk area
Administrative Duties:
Prepare reports related to occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback
- Manage budgets, inventory, petty cash, and front office expenses
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations
Technology & Systems:
Utilize Property Management System (PMS) for guest profiles, billing, and reporting
Ensure all staff are trained and compliant in using hotel management software
Sales & Revenue Support:
Promote upselling of rooms and hotel services
- Monitor room rates and availability in coordination with the Reservations or Revenue team
- Support front desk staff in achieving sales targets
