  • Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and billing

  • Ensure all procedures are followed according to company policies and hotel standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk area

  • Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare reports related to occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback

  • Manage budgets, inventory, petty cash, and front office expenses
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations

  • Technology & Systems:

  • Utilize Property Management System (PMS) for guest profiles, billing, and reporting

  • Ensure all staff are trained and compliant in using hotel management software

  • Sales & Revenue Support:

  • Promote upselling of rooms and hotel services

  • Monitor room rates and availability in coordination with the Reservations or Revenue team
  • Support front desk staff in achieving sales targets
