Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Operations Executive with at least one year of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will manage travel bookings, coordinate with hotels and airlines, negotiate rates, and maintain accurate operational data to ensure smooth and efficient travel arrangements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle domestic and international travel operations, including hotel reservations, flight bookings, transfers, and tour packages.
  • Negotiate hotel rates and contracts with suppliers to obtain the best available prices and value-added services.
  • Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other vendors for booking confirmations and service delivery.
  • Manage flight ticket bookings through online portals or travel systems.
  • Prepare and share accurate quotations, itineraries, invoices, and vouchers for clients.
  • Maintain detailed Excel data sheets for bookings, payments, and client records for easy tracking and reporting.
  • Follow up with vendors and clients to ensure smooth operation of confirmed bookings.
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergencies efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, DMCs, and other service providers.
  • Work closely with the sales and accounts teams to ensure accurate documentation and service execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
