Job Location - Chembur, MumbaiPurpose of Role-Responsible for achieving daily/weekly / monthly targets as specified by the BMMaintain & follow grooming standards as specified in the SOP ManualAdhere to Enquiry Management & Booking Process as specified in the SOP ManualResponsible for handling enquiries through Walk-in, Telephonic, Email, City PSA & Travel AgentsEnsure that the customer is provided with complete details pertaining to the product & costResponsible for relationship building and servicing the city PSA & TAsTo maintain query turnaround time as per SOPInitiate telesales calls for follow-ups & closure of sales bookingsResponsible for coordinating with the service team for post-sale processMaintain Daily Sales ReportResponsible for maintaining their enquiries in a database for future follow-ups and to regularly send emails on new offersResponsible to maintain Customer Satisfaction levels @ min 95% during the entire customer interactionAdhere to company policy and systemsEnsure zero monetary losses by cancellation of liabilities and timely collectionsEnsure minimal risk-related exposure for the organisation by doing all necessary due diligence.Ensure compliance to systems and processes as per audit requirements.Ensuring Business Losses are reduced.Attending to customer escalations and resolving them in a timely manner.Identify new revenue generation opportunities for distribution expansion and ensure repeat business opportunitiesUnderstanding the market and gaining competition insights and accordingly changing plans and strategy.Skills and requirements -Minimum HSC passedExperience - Minimum 1 year in Travel Sales/ Holiday Sales/ Travel ConsultantExcellent communication skills
