Head of Sales Indian (IT Staffing & Services)

Location: Bhubaneshwar/ Raipur

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Sales lead our business development initiatives across the US and Indian market. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in IT Staffing and a strong understanding of IT Services sales. This leadership role demands a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and scaling high-performance sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a go-to-market sales strategy for IT Staffing & Services in the US and India.

Build and expand relationships with Fortune 500 enterprises and mid-market clients.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales executives; set targets, track KPIs, and drive accountability.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation and proposals to negotiations and deal closure.

Collaborate with delivery & recruitment teams to ensure client success and retention.

Identify emerging market opportunities and continuously optimize sales processes.

Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly & annual revenue goals.

Requirements

15+ years of sales experience, including 8+ years in IT Staffing.

Proven success in IT Staffing sales; IT Services sales experience is a strong plus.

Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market, client needs, and industry trends.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Experience managing large enterprise accounts and multi-million-dollar engagements.

Leadership mindset with the ability to drive results independently and strategically.
