Focused on supporting cross - functional team to increase company satisfaction through process improvemens.
2. Respectful & respected professional with exceptional knowledge of developing strategic plan for service excellence.
3. Oversee all aspects, set deadlines assign responsibilities & Monitor and summerize progress of Projects. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
4. Site Mobilization, resource mobilization, coordinating with the team to establish the team setup,Perform the preliminary planing of the project.
5. Drafting correspondance of behalf of the project team, Ensuring any risk to key, interfacing with internal Project team.
6. Project handling as allotted, Marketing promotion, Making Proposal related, Generating Leads and Sales
7. Outdoor work as and when required, Team Handling, Preparation of Documents in English and Hindi both, Field work handling, Generating Leads and sales
8. Average knowladge of GEM portal and E- manak and other Government Sites.
9. Govt. experience in licensing.
10. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach.
11. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
12. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
13. Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
14. Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.
15. Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
16. Manage month-end and year-end close processes

- Graduate or above

- Good English & Hindi Communication, MS office Operation & Computers, Good Management Skills
3. Experiance
- Minimum 4 years of experience
4. Other -Willing to travel rigorously, Smart, Presentable, Courteous - Preference to MBA in Sales and Marketing Compulsory
5.Ex - employee of government in sales management within a corporate setting Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Superb leadership ability
