Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure dishes are presented according to standards and served at the correct temperature.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas.
  • Process payments and manage cash or POS transactions.
  • Replenish supplies and assist with inventory control.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team collaboration and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures.
