· Physical Verification & Stock Counting· Conduct regular, physical stock verifications asper company policy.· Coordinate and oversee full physical inventorycounts· Verify the physical existence, condition, andproper storage of all inventory items.· Tag, label, and document inventory items tomaintain traceability.· Reconciliation & Reporting· Reconcile physical counts with ERP/systemrecords.· Identify, investigate, and report stockdiscrepancies (shortages, excesses, damages).· Prepare detailed physical verification reportsand variance summaries.· Submit verified stock reports to Inventoryofficer· System & Record Maintenance· Update stock records and inventory managementsystems after verification.· Ensure proper documentation and filing ofphysical verification sheets.· Support the maintenance of accurate bin cards,stock registers, and stock ledgers.· Loss Prevention & Process Improvement· Identify causes of stock discrepancies withStores Officer and Inventory Officer Requirements· Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Supply Chain, Engineering will be preferred   Experience: 2–5 years of experience in inventorymanagement, stock control, or auditing.· Knowledge of ERP systems· Proficient in MS Excel and report preparation· Strong understanding of inventory controlprocesses· Attention of finding the detail and accuracy   Good communication and coordination abilities
