GrowthNxt is seeking a talented and creative Front-End Web Developer with expertise in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, user-focused websites that drive engagement and growth for our clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about front-end development, has a strong eye for design, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance websites using WordPress, Webflow, and Framer.
• Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and project managers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional, pixel-perfect web interfaces.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Build visually appealing, no-code/low-code websites using Webflow and Framer, optimizing for usability and client objectives.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG standards), and mobile responsiveness for all web projects.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance using best practices and tools like Lighthouse or GTmetrix.
• Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and CMS platforms to enhance website functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, ensuring a consistent user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest front-end development trends, tools, and technologies to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and provide technical insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience as a Front-End Web Developer with a proven track record of building websites.
• Proficiency in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development, Gutenberg blocks, and WordPress APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Webflow, including building responsive layouts, animations, and CMS-driven sites.
• Strong knowledge of Framer for creating interactive, design-focused web experiences with advanced animations.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, jQuery).
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to collaborate effectively with designers.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and web performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work in a collaborative environment.
