Job Description: SEO Executive

**Position**: SEO Executive
**Department**: Digital Marketing
**Reports To**: SEO Manager / Digital Marketing Manager

**Job Summary**:
The SEO Executive will be responsible for optimizing website content and strategies to improve the company’s organic search rankings, drive web traffic, and enhance online visibility. This role involves on-page and off-page SEO activities, keyword research, analytics, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices.

**Key Responsibilities1. On-Page SEO**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Optimize website elements, including meta tags, headers, URL structures, and content.
- Ensure content adheres to SEO guidelines, such as keyword density and readability.
- Work with content teams to produce SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and landing pages.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues.

**2. Off-Page SEO**:

- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Engage with industry influencers and blogs to build quality backlinks.
- Monitor competitor link-building tactics and identify new opportunities.

**3. Analytics & Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor traffic and performance.
- Generate reports on SEO metrics such as rankings, traffic, and ROI.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

**4. Technical SEO**:

- Collaborate with developers to improve site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
- Implement schema markup, XML sitemaps, and canonical tags where necessary.

**5. Research & Innovation**:

- Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Experiment with emerging SEO tools and techniques to gain competitive advantages.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and others.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
