Job Title: Senior SEO Executive (Remote – Night Shift)

Location: Remote (India)

Shift: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and expertise)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Senior SEO Executive to join our growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate must be able to independently manage 15–20 SEO projects simultaneously and deliver measurable results for clients across diverse industries.

You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive SEO strategies that align with today's advanced search landscape including AI-powered search (AEO), Google SGE, and Bing AI search.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies for 15–20 active client projects independently.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to drive organic growth.
  • Optimize websites for Google, Bing, and AI search engines (e.g., SGE, Gemini, Copilot).
  • Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) techniques to improve visibility in AI-driven results.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, rankings, and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and AI integration practices.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, and SurferSEO.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies (white-hat methods only).
  • Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
  • Generate qualified leads organically through SEO and content-driven strategies.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports and growth insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably with U.S. clients).
  • Proven ability to handle 15–20 projects independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of AEO, AI Search Optimization, and modern SEO tools.
  • Experience with Google Business Profile (Local SEO) optimization.
  • Knowledge of lead generation through organic SEO.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask efficiently.
