Marketing & Sales Specialist Art & Home Dcor (Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our art and home dcor collections across online and offline channels.
  • Identify and build relationships with interior designers, architects, corporate clients, real estate developers, and high-end retail customers to expand our client network.
  • Manage end-to-end sales activities – from lead generation and client meetings to product presentations and closing deals – to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends in art and dcor.
  • Create engaging content and manage campaigns on social media and digital platforms, as well as coordinate offline marketing initiatives, to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate and represent Itihaus at exhibitions, trade shows, pop-up events, and gallery showcases, ensuring our brand and collections shine at every venue.
  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients, providing exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and marketing performance updates to the management, using insights to refine strategies and drive growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing (experience in the art, interiors, lifestyle or home dcor industry is highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills with the ability to engage high-profile and discerning clients confidently.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth in a competitive environment.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online campaign management.
  • Competent skills in MS Office
  • Creative thinking and a strong appreciation for art, design, and home aesthetics – you understand the story behind a piece of art and can convey its value to others.
