We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Project Lead with 3 to 4 years of experience to oversee and manage end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure project milestones are met, and deliver high-quality outputs within scope, time, and budget. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead small to medium-sized delivery projects
  • Collaborate with our testing team and customer's BA, developers, QA, to ensure timely delivery
  • Assist in project planning, task breakdown, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and issues; escalate when necessary
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum practices)
  • Maintain project documentation (status reports, timelines, budgets, etc.)
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and client requirements
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients
  • Scout and enhance potential cross-sell, up sell opportunities with existing customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in IT project management or software development leadership
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficient in tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts or technical environments (Added Advantage)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
  • CSM, PSM, SAFe or PMP certification (One Certification Mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with project estimation, budgeting and risk management
  • Exposure to client-facing roles or onshore-offshore coordination
