In This Role
We are looking for a
Lead Quality Engineer
with a strong foundation in both
manual and automation testing
. The ideal candidate will bring
over 10+ years of experience
in quality engineering, with proven leadership in QA strategy, test automation, and DevOps integration. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentorship of junior engineers, and ownership of end-to-end test strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA initiatives for cloud platform, ensuring delivery of high-quality software.
• Define and implement robust testing strategies including functional, regression, performance, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to integrate quality into the CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor a team of QA engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices in testing.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and recommend improvements to enhance product reliability.
• Own and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and defect reports.
• Liaise directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment of testing efforts with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Required Skills And Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a lead role.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Java).
• Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with API testing, SOAP web services, and cross-platform testing (Android/iOS/Web).
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud.
• Strong skills in test case design, defect management, and risk-based testing.
• Collaborated with stakeholders the globe.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Experience with UAT, client communication, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Experience in healthcare domains such as is advantageous.
