Role & responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking service information, updates, or assistance.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Track, document, and manage service requests in the system; escalate unresolved issues as required.
- Schedule and assign service calls or tasks to the appropriate technicians or service teams.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing service activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Field Teams, and Management) to streamline workflows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service requests, schedules, and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on service status, customer feedback, and team performance.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service partners to ensure timely service delivery and compliance with company standards.
- Identify, analyze, and proactively resolve service-related issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers post-service to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, turnaround time, and service quality.
