Role & responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking service information, updates, or assistance.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Track, document, and manage service requests in the system; escalate unresolved issues as required.
  • Schedule and assign service calls or tasks to the appropriate technicians or service teams.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing service activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Field Teams, and Management) to streamline workflows.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service requests, schedules, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on service status, customer feedback, and team performance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service partners to ensure timely service delivery and compliance with company standards.
  • Identify, analyze, and proactively resolve service-related issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers post-service to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, turnaround time, and service quality.
