Social Media Executive
who can become the
face of BrandMongo
, lead our content engine on
Instagram & YouTube
, and help us build a strong community of marketers, founders, and creators.

What You'll Do

  • Lead
    Instagram and YouTube marketing
    for BrandMongo — from content strategy to execution.
  • Conceptualize and host our
    podcast series
    featuring marketing leaders, founders, and industry experts.
  • Handle
    guest outreach, invites, and coordination
    for podcast shoots.
  • Create engaging
    EGC (Employee-Generated Content)
    and
    UGC (User-Generated Content)
    that humanizes the brand.
  • Stay on top of
    social trends, viral formats, and reels strategy
    to boost reach and engagement.
  • Work closely with the founder to shape BrandMongo's social identity and voice.
  • Track analytics and optimize content for
    growth and audience retention
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    social media, content creation, or influencer marketing
    .
  • Confident on camera — comfortable being the
    face of the brand
    in videos, podcasts, and events.
  • Strong understanding of
    Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content algorithms
    .
  • Excellent communication & storytelling skills.
  • Experience in
    podcast hosting, influencer coordination, or creator marketing
    is a big plus.
  • Creative, energetic, and comfortable working in a
    fast-paced, startup-style setup
    .
