Key Requirements & Experience:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial marketing and sales, with specific experience.
  • Product Expertise:
    Must have hands-on experience and a strong technical understanding of selling and servicing products such as:
  • Pumps (various types)
  • Industrial Instrumentation
  • Gear Boxes
  • Electric Motors
  • PLC Automation jobs and projects
  • Customer Focus:
    Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships within the industrial sector.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    Actively generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and manage the complete sales cycle to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Technical Sales:
    Effectively present, demonstrate, and explain the technical features and benefits of our product portfolio (Pumps, Motors, Automation, etc.) to potential and existing clients.
  • Customer Engagement
    : Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations at customer sites.
  • Market Analysis:
    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new product opportunities.
  • Travel:
    This role is field-intensive and requires extensive travel (minimum 4-5 days a week) within the assigned territory.
